Our roving reporter Neil Harrison has sent in this news item, with details of action he has taken personally and recommendations for future action by others:

"There is a wasps' nest at long on (to a right hander) at the far end of the ground. It is a two inch hole in the ground - I rammed a stick into it, but I don't know if it's still there. If not, it's just between the end of the conifers and the sightscreen. The residents seemed slightly restless, so it might be worth disposing of it."
